Our Impact
More Good noticed that NGOs were desperately trying to gather essential supplies for communities in need. The Crush Covid Campaign looked to facilitate NGOs by taking on the workload of fundraising, procuring and bulk-buying, so that the elderly, low-income families, youth with disabilities and the homeless can receive these as soon as possible.
Together, we raised over HK$465,000 in March to help more than 11,000 individuals.
This exceeded our original fundraising target of HK$370,000 by 25%. In addition to monetary donations, we also received in-kind donations from Kaze and individual donors.
Supplies were repackaged according to the needs of our 17 partner NGOs, and delivered between March and June.
