Our 2022 Impact

Learning Opportunities

We hosted 90+ volunteering sessions, offering hands-on learning opportunities for groups and individuals.

Several chefs have already backed our cause, hosting More Good Meals sessions with us. Ambassador Agustin Balbi (ANDO) will be rolling out an industry collaboration programme in 2023.

Food Assistance

We provided more than 15,700 mealboxes, to various communities in Hong Kong. More Good serves 460+ individuals to 4 different communities.

This includes our own distribution to elderly and low-income groups near Yue Wan Estate in Chai Wan.

Community Outreach

We worked with 3 partner charities in 2022 to reach communities in need: ImpactHK, Justice Centre & Refugee Union.

We were nominated for a Tatler Dining 2023 Impact Award, recognising for our work in changing Hong Kong’s dining scene in the past year.

We Extended Our Support to Other Causes

Crush Covid

Under the #crushcovid campaign, we raised over HK $465k in March 2022 to help purchase urgent supplies for more than 11,000 individuals through 12partner NGOs.

This exceeded More Good’s original fundraising target of HK$370k by 25%. Find out more here.

RALLY

RALLY tapped into the More Good team and community for their annual fundraiser.

We raised over HK$88k, which went towards 2 charities in Asia that provide education to girls who are at risk of being sex trafficked.

Filipino Fiesta

With over 300k helpers in Hong Kong we wanted to say a huge thank you to these women who work tirelessly, often without thanks or the respect they deserve.

Led by Chef Shane Osborn, we hosted domestic helpers from two local NGOS NGOs Enrich and HELP, for an afternoon and food and games.
