Yardbird HK, Mono and Andō join hands in the name of “MORE GOOD” for a special one-night-only feast

More Good co-founder and Yardbird executive chef Matt Abergel will be collaborating with Andō’s Agustin Ferrnado Balbi and Mono’s Ricardo Chaneton for a one-night-only dinner at More Good on Sunday, 23 April 2023. The chefs will be cooking a 7-course menu inspired by South American flavours and their shared love for Hong Kong, with an accompanying beverage progression available. Priced at HK$3,888 per guest, all proceeds from the event will go towards funding More Good’s charity projects – which focus on providing high-quality and nutritious meals to communities in need.

The trio have always been inspired by food that brings people together, and in that spirit will be serving a generous, family-style experience. Menu highlights include an indulgent Nomad caviar service, seasonal seafood platter, both raw and cooked, whole dry-aged fish grilled over binchotan charcoal, as well as heritage pork, with anticucho sauce and roasted pineapple.

More Good has prepared more than 15,000 meals out of its Chai Wan kitchen in 2022 and donated them to different elderly, homeless and refugee communities in Hong Kong. With the money raised through the one-night-only dinner – along with other event initiatives it has planned – the Hong Kong food charity hopes to continue providing consistent food assistance to communities in need and increasing the number of meals donated by 137% in 2023 compared to last year.
